We are seeking a Sales Manager - Debt Settlement to join our team in the Financial Services industry. As a Debt Settlement Sales Manger, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling our debt settlement services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to help them settle their debts.
As a Debt Settlement Sales Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating with creditors on behalf of clients to settle their debts. You will work closely with clients to develop payment plans, negotiate with creditors, and ensure compliance with state and federal debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling our debt settlement services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized debt settlement solutions
- Oversee the debt settlement process and ensure compliance with state and federal debt collection laws and regulations
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients regarding financial, debt and credit-related questions.
- Provide information, support, and counseling to clients in an upbeat professional manner.
- Participate in training and development activities to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of state and federal debt collection laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
