Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Estimator located in New York, NY. The Concrete Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with estimating concrete projects, including calculating quantities, preparing cost estimates, reviewing blueprints, collaborating with project managers and clients, and providing accurate and timely estimates.

• Strong knowledge of concrete construction and estimating
• Experience in reviewing blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Relevant certification or degree in construction management or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
