B-P Supply, Inc., a reputable third-generation family-owned business, is on the lookout for a committed and dependable Rod Pump Technician. Responsibilities

• Assemble and test cleaned pump and tubing anchor parts using various tools and equipment.
• Inspect components such as barrel, plunger, valve cages, balls, seats for accuracy.
• Operate testing equipment including ball and seat tester, vacuum tester, air micrometer.
• Evaluate the condition of all parts to determine their reusability.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including machines, tools, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Prior experience as a TAC or rod pump technician is preferred
• Proficiency in a variety of mechanical and inventory skills for equipment and parts
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Basic math skills, including understanding of fractions and measurements
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Consistent and dependable attendance record
