BP Davis Property Management is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Merritt, FL
MERRITT TOWERS CONDOMINIUM seeks a Skilled and Experienced maintenance worker.
This is a full-time position. A portion of the job is custodial with morning rounds (cleanup, checking systems, etc). The remainder requires experience and skills in basic areas of carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, electric and those abilities in the general trades.
This person must be motivated, able to work independently without direction and who will identify and repair areas that need attention.
Must be eager and able to learn all aspects of the many systems that are part of a large complex.
Must also be reliable, trustworthy and energetic.
Applicants must submit three WORK related references including phone numbers. (if you want references made only if you are a serious candidate, please indicate). Accompanying resumes or cover letters may also be submitted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
