Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled individuals with a proven track record in the home security industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with home security systems, with a specific focus on DSC, 2gig, Simon XT, and Qolsys panels. Proficiency in Alarm.com integration, video surveillance, and home automation is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers via phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to alarm systems, sensors, and associated devices.

• Problem Identification and Resolution: Diagnose and identify technical problems by effectively probing customers for relevant information.
• Offer step-by-step guidance for issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• System Configuration: Guide customers through the setup and configuration of alarm systems, including panel programming and sensor installation.

Experience with home security systems is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
