The Bozeman Hot Springs is excited to announce that we are looking for a member services representative to join our team! We are very positive, energetic and driven. The perfect candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer services and support to our members and potential members. This role incorporates a mix of sales, customer service, and data entry responsibilities.

Rep 1 Schedule: Sunday 10am-6pm & Monday to Thursday 1pm-9pm

Rep 2 Schedule: Friday 8am-4pm & Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm

Task including but not limited to:

• Initiates interaction with members and public to obtain and disperse information
• Upsell all products, services and provide tours of the facility
• Strives to meet member’s expectations and requests through a balanced approach – realism/optimism
• Capability to acquire knowledge about a client’s industry and attentively listen to the client’s preferences and requirements regarding the services/goals they expect from BHS.
• Work with other departments, cooperate with their needs and vocalize their services to clients
• Interact with members and guests to provide an experience for them that is more than just a membership job. Make relationships, foster relationships, and introduce members to staff and members they may not know.
• Answer member, public, inquiries by phone and email. Evaluates needs and assists with inquiry or directs inquiries to the proper department in a timely manner
• When not touring or accommodating members, generate new sales through prospecting, continue to work with current members, member referrals and obsolete members
• Must be efficient with technological functions
• Contribute to customer retention by providing exceptional, memorable, and personal service
• Responsible for the privacy of our business practice, information, and data, do not share information with staff, public or any other resources unless otherwise directed or approved

The position of the member services representative entails the responsibility of welcoming both new and existing members, providing assistance regarding inquiries about the facility and the membership sign up process, as well as promoting additional services offered at the Bozeman Hot Springs. To excel in this role, the individual must possess a charismatic persona, organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and the ability to professionally carry themselves and interact with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
