We're hiring a Spring Marketing Intern for our Los Angeles office!

Duration: June 2024 through mid August 2024

Minimum Commitment: 2-3 days or 10-15 hours / week 

Boys Lie is looking for a Spring intern(s) to join our team working in Marina Del Rey, CA. This candidate is a self-starter with a passion for marketing, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must be currently enrolled in college with good academic standing. This position is for students seeking to attain internship hours per their course/degree requirements only. This is an unpaid internship.

• Must have a car and valid driver’s license and be able to commute to and around Marina Del Rey, CA. Hours are flexible based on class schedule.

• Must have experience in and a passion for marketing.

DAILY / WEEKLY DUTIES:

This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager, assisting with all duties, including but not limited to— 

• Managing Boys Lie social media accounts. Must be proficient with Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. 
• Managing Boys Lie Depop. This includes taking photos, listing items, packing and shipping the orders. 
• Instagram engagements and reach outs. 
• Photoshoot preparation and organization. 
• Website preparation and upkeep via Shopify. 
• Event preparation as needed. 
• Administrative tasks. 

EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:

• Proficient in working with Google Suite and Dropbox.
• Proficient in CapCut 
• Proficient in video content creation/editing for TikTok and Reels
• Well-versed and up to date on social media platforms.
• Ability to run office and company errands as required.
• Possesses a positive attitude and works well in a team environment.
• Able to juggle concurrent projects or duties. 
• Any other duties as assigned.
