Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) is looking for a candidate for a Maintenance Assistant. The Maintenance Assistant performs light repair and maintenance work usually in response to club requests to include, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and flooring. The Maintenance Assistant may also occasionally perform light custodial and landscaping work.

Preferred Candidates will have the following:

• A minimum of two years’ work experience in general maintenance work. Ability to complete a wide range of maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical, painting, and HVAC
• General knowledge in industry related safety concepts including the use tools/power tools, chemicals and similar products and use of personal protective equipment
• Valid Nevada driver's license and a good driving record

Compensation: $15.38 hourly but may qualify for a higher starting wage depending on your skills and experience. Eligible for full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
