TITLE: Branch Director of Minneapolis Public Schools Clubs
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Program Operations
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-Time (benefits earning)
SALARY RANGE: $68,000 - $75,000
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Boys & Girls of the Twin Cities (BGCTC) mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The BGCTC is committed to ongoing strategic initiatives to reduce systemic racism throughout the Twin Cities and has defined ways that the Club serves as an activator in addressing the extreme disparities for young people in the communities we serve.
The BGCTC is looking for a dynamic, talented, and passionate candidate to serve as Branch Director of the Minneapolis Public Schools Clubs. The Minneapolis Public School Club locations are part of the Minneapolis Beacons Network, a partnership between the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities and the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, YWCA of Minneapolis, and Community Education - Minneapolis Public Schools. The Branch Director will lead a team of program staff and partners at Henry High School and Olson Middle School in North Minneapolis.
The Branch Director is a member of the leadership team whose responsibility is to ensure that all Club programming and operations are strategically aligned to meet the overall organization goals and objectives. This position also supports the senior leadership team in further advancing the Club's strategic vision of helping each member to be on track for a successful future beyond high school graduation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to climb stairs, lift at least 50 lbs., be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time and be able to walk moderate distances. Occasional repetitive task required. This is a moderately stressful position that requires the candidate to be in good health.
