Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Unit Director, A youth Development Professional is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of youth while promoting the 5 key elements of youth development:

Percentage of Work Spent on Activity: 0-24%, 25-49%, 50-74%, 75-100%
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often in a clean, non-smoking, heated and cooled office environment. The employee will also frequently be indoors or in a vehicle, but may also be outdoors with exposure to dust, pollen, and outside temperature and weather extremes associated with the region. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
