The Middle School Programs Coordinator is responsible for recruitment and coordinating the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of a broad range of programs for Middle School aged youth, including programs in the areas of Character and Leadership Development, Education and Career Development, Health and Life Skills, the Arts and Sports, and Fitness and Recreation. This position is also responsible for providing leadership and supervision to program and volunteer staff and managing budgets and controlling expenses as assigned. He/She/They will also plan and execute activities scheduled for members, keep up to date rosters of all registered HS members, and will oversee HS member recruitment.

Under the national umbrella of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Reaching more than 3,800 youth annually in the Oklahoma City area and serving over 800 kids daily, Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County has four club locations and is open year-around. Our main Clubhouse, Memorial Park, boasts a 35,000 square foot facility, complete with a full size gymnasiums, cafeteria, fitness center, Computer lab, ar...t room, dance studio and library. Our three school sites support youth in some of our most undeserved community in Oklahoma City. Santa Fe South Elementary has been operating since fall of 2013. Cesar Chavez Elementary opened in January 2014 and Telstar Elementary opened in September 2015. Each location share the schools facility and have reached capacity at 200 members each day.
