Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Infant Room Teacher's Aid. As an aid, you will work closely with our experienced teacher to provide a nurturing and educational environment for infants. This is a paid position that offers valuable experience in early childhood development.
Duties:
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum for infants
- Provide basic care for infants, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
- Support teachers in maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment
- Engage in playtime and interactive activities with infants to promote their social and cognitive development
- Assist with the preparation of materials and supplies for daily activities
Skills:
- Experience working with infants or young children, such as babysitting, childcare, or nannying
- First aid and CPR certification required & training provided
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with infants
