Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, a deep understanding of program development, and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals - Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Oversee program development and ensure the delivery of high-quality services - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community partners and funding agencies - Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services - Manage budgeting and financial planning processes - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities or behavioral health - Strong knowledge of program management principles and practices - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Excellent supervisory and team-building skills - Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of social work principles and practices is a plus If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
