POSITION OPENING
Position Title: Early Bird Program Specialist

Employment Type: Part-time

Hours: 6am - 8am, Monday - Friday

Primary Functions: The Early Bird Program Specialist is responsible for supervising a program area and implementing activities for Club members before school. Registering members and scanning membership cards to track attendance may also be a part of the daily routine.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills; understanding of Microsoft Office preferred
• Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Understanding of group dynamics
• Models appropriate interactions with all ages individually and in groups to encourage their involvement in activities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Youth Development: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
