Position Classification: Fulltime; M-F; $15.00/hour plus benefits and performance pay General Functions: Responsible for ensuring accurate membership records in MTS, validating rates for charging, and collecting fees for pay-for-service members. Communicate with new, existing, and departing participants. Answer questions about enrollment, charges, and Parent Portal. Enroll eligible participants in a proper subsidy program. Customer Retention and Recruitment. Job Responsibilities: Assist parents/guardians with accounts Required Experience/Education: A high school diploma or equivalent and experience with customer service and account management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
