Boys and Girls Clubs of The Valley is Hiring a Youth Development Specialist Near Guadalupe, AZ

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Youth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess skills in behavior management, education, and childcare.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to youth in a structured environment
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions
- Educate and engage youth in various activities and programs
- Assist with classroom management and tutoring as needed
- Utilize special education knowledge to support students with diverse needs
- Offer Christian counseling and mentorship to youth in need

Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability in behavior management and working with children
- Experience in classroom management or tutoring is a plus
