The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming is hiring a Branch Coordinator for the Dean Morgan Middle School site. As the Branch Coordinator you will get to help Club members with their homework, help them develop new skills or hobbies, and will get to be a mentor for the youth who need us most. In addition to working with youth, the Branch Coordinator is responsible for recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and training of program staff. Typical hours for this position are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday with some variation when school is out, and during the summer.

Desired Qualifications:

• A four year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of five years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club of similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of two years management experience in the nonprofit sector
• Experience in personnel supervision, facilities management, and the recruitment and retention of key personnel
• Ability to acquire First Aid and CPR certification
