Responsibilities

The Recreation Supervisor's typical job functions include:

  • Monitor Recreation Team Members and observe performances to ensure adherence to resort standards and established operating procedures
  • Inspect and maintain all recreation areas
  • Review and evaluate activities to ensure compliance with state and local regulations
  • Assist with billing and RTP functions
  • Maintain safety logs, cleaning checklists and standard operating procedures
  • Supervise and lead up to 10 team members
Qualifications

This position may be for you if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • You possess one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • You have previous child care and supervisory experience required
  • You are have knowledge of Internet tools; Excel and Word software required 
  • You are able to lead a team and work with others effectively
  • You are able to work weekends, holidays and special events
