Responsibilities

Picture yourself being part of the Night Cleaner Team at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:

• Work with a professional team of Night Cleaners while maintaining a fun work environment
• Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of Vista Hall including guest common spaces, kitchen areas and bathrooms 
• Provide efficient and effective service 
• Perform inspections and walkthroughs regularly 
• Follow safety procedures and COVID 19 cleaning policies and guidelines 
• Communicate issues with Night Cleaner Supervisor in a timely manner
• Demonstrate your cleanliness standards by maintaining impeccable order and organization of Vista Hall 
• Accept and provide feedback and coaching regularly to support our Night cleaner Supervisor 
• Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests

Qualifications

Recipe for Success: 

• Possess a passion for the hospitality industry
• Have extremely high standards and an acute attention to detail
• Display a strong sense of urgency and responsibility while assuring consistent achievement of quality standards
• Excel in an environment with repetitive tasks while staying cool under pressure
• Openness to work within established standards and procedures
• Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
