What You Do:

• Diagnose cause and malfunction of vehicles described on work order and performs repairs.
• Communicate with service advisor if additional work is needed.
• Document in detail, work performed on repairs.
• Road test when required.
• Work closely with parts department by saving and tagging warranty parts
• Participate in training as required.
• Keep abreast of manufacturer bulletins.
• Keep shop areas clean and safe.
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Other duties to meet business requirements.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy/medium/light duty trucks.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Possess a Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 90-days of employment
• Graduation from a diesel/heavy truck tech program preferred
• Detail oriented
• Ability to pass a DOT physical/drug test and background/MVR check

Physical demands:

• Lifting up to 80 pounds
• Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, work overhead.
• Employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, and kneel.
• Employee will be regularly using arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull or squeeze and reach
