As the District Director, you’ll serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pathfinder District and provide director-level leadership to the Orion District. You’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the council’s mission, strategy, and goals within your assigned district(s), driving membership growth, fundraising campaigns, and program development initiatives. This position offers unparalleled opportunities to lead, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of youth and adults alike.

The Longhorn Council reimburses cell phone expenses $75 per month and business mileage at $.67 a mile monthly (or the current IRS rate). Salary or Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience.
