As part of our US expansion, Boxer Gifts is looking for a hardworking and organized warehouse manager to join our Virginia team. Following huge US growth over the last 3 years our new facility in Harrisonburg is ready to rapidly expand, making sure our fun products reach our customers on time!

Responsible for running the Harrisonburg facility, this role is tasked with running the daily operations -dispatching the daily D2C consumer orders, alongside packing & routing B2B orders for large retail groups like Dillard’s and Macy’s to the customer’s detailed specifications. Reporting directly to the company President, the role will build the initial Harrisonburg team and setup efficient methods to hit the daily dispatch targets, using established processes used in Boxer’s UK warehouse, with the backup of the UK management team. You will be a key part of our "make it happen" attitude -ensuring daily tasks are completed on time whilst adding input to other parts of the business too!

The Role:

• Be responsible for running an organized and tidy facility
• Building the Harrisonburg team to be an efficient and happy unit, whilst supervising warehouse staff and providing training as needed.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics
• Dispatching our customer’s daily D2C orders to rigid deadlines via USPS/UPS/FED-EX
• Shipping and receiving activities, such as packing & routing B2B orders to customer specifications and deadlines.
• Receipting and checking incoming goods from international deliveries.
• Ensuring inventory is correctly organized & logged on the company’s IT system -Microsoft Business Central.
• Ordering and sourcing of packaging materials labels/carrier labels/cartons etc.
• Completing any required customs declarations for export shipments
• Taking an active part in monthly global trading meeting

Key Skills needed:

• At least 3 years proven experience running a warehouse team
• Hardworking and organized work ethic.
• Good Excel skills. Data manipulation will be required on a daily basis.
• Logical and methodical way of working. Organization is key to hitting deadlines and prioritising tasks as required
• Willingness to adapt to new processes
• Love of Fun Gifts! Whilst the role is in a warehouse, an understanding of what makes our products great is at the heart of everything we do!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
