Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy boxing classes that incorporate a variety of boxing techniques, drills, and conditioning exercises.
- Provide personalized instruction and feedback to participants to ensure proper form, technique, and safety.
- Motivate and encourage members to challenge themselves, set goals, and achieve measurable results.
- Create fun and dynamic workout routines that keep participants engaged and excited about their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment, including equipment setup and sanitization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and safety guidelines related to boxing and fitness instruction.
Qualifications:
- Certified Boxing Instructor or Personal Trainer with specialized expertise in boxing instruction (e.g., USA Boxing certification, NASM Boxing Fitness Specialist).
- Proven experience teaching boxing classes to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
- Strong knowledge of boxing fundamentals, techniques, and training principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.
- CPR/AED certification (preferred).
