Referral Bonus Program Terms:
The “Employee Referral Award Program.” Bowman encourages employees to refer qualified job applicants for available job openings. When making referrals, instruct the applicant to list the employee's name on their employment application as the referral source If the referral is hired and completes 3 months of service and the employee is still the employee of Bowman, the employee is eligible to receive a monetary award. The reward is currently a gross amount of $2,500 for regular full-time hires. Certain positions may be designated as eligible for Enhanced Referral Awards. All employees are eligible to participate in the referral program except for Principals of the firm, Executives, Directors, Branch Managers, Department Heads, managers to whom the position reports either directly or indirectly, and the Human Resources Department. Refer to Employee Referral Policy in Section 4-12. of the Bowman Employee Handbook for complete details.
