System Support Administrator MSP

We seek a System Support Administrator MSP experienced in various Microsoft Core Infrastructure-related products. The System Support Administrator MSP will plan, organize, install, configure, and maintain, support, backups, and ongoing stable operation of the organization’s windows server infrastructure.

The System Support Administrator MSP will heavily use MS O365, MS Azure, AWS, various virtualization tools (VMware & Hyper-V), and desktop / networking support.

There will be room for the selected System Support Administrator MSP candidate to grow internally within the organization.

System Support Administrator MSP Experience :

• Recommend solutions and services to C-levels
• 2 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
• Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 & 11 experience
• Regularly working in AD, TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Have the ability to configure and install disaster recovery solutions
• Direct communication with customers and follow-up to ensure problems have been resolved
• Visits to client sites to assist with in-person troubleshooting and building rapport with clients
• Understand and support 24 / 7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
• Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
• Migrate O365 / G-Suite / Servers
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization tools experience
• Wireless Network Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Veeam, Datto, or similar experience
• Install and maintain approved security tools and policies, and follow procedures to implement
• Support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks (routers / switches / firewalls) and in-house servers
• Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
