Bowman Law is looking for an ambitious and compassionate Associate Attorney to join our busy personal injury team. Previous experience is required. Once the Associate Attorney has demonstrated an ability to manage a sizeable caseload effectively, he/she will graduate to handling litigation cases, including drafting court documents and discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney to find a home to grow and be successful.

To be clear, Bowman Law will not be hiring an attorney only interested in a relaxed 9-5 job or more interested in social media than helping clients. Lazy unmotivated attorneys need not apply. The Associate Attorney is expected to put in the hours every day to gain practical experience and be successful. Bowman Law will also not be hiring an attorney who cannot use proper grammar and punctuation. Poor writers need not apply. The Associate Attorney is expected to be able to write well.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar;
• Excellent work ethic with the drive to be great;
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week;
• Great attitude and ability to work well with others.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time job;
• Competitive base salary between $75,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience and immediate productivity);
