We are seeking a partner-track Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience to join our Columbia, South Carolina office, where we focus especially on products liability work along with other complex litigation. Our office is friendly and collegial, and we work together to produce the highest quality legal work product in a casual environment.
 
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background including law review/journal, a proven track record of high performance and measurable results, and an eagerness to assume elevated responsibility in a diverse and fast-paced working environment. Experience with depositions, dispositive motions, court hearings, and trials is a plus, and medical device experience is preferred.
