Transitional Living is an intensive program with a very high acuity patient population that requires a specialized skills set. This position provides supervision and assisted care to adult SMIs in a 24-hour setting. Position may include meal preparation, transporting clients to services and providing a safe milieu for client functions. This is for a 3rd shift position (32 hours) - 11p-7a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age.

• Satisfactory results from criminal background check.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Liability insurance.
