Movieland 7 is currently accepting resumes for Full Time and Part time Assistant Managers in El Jebel, located next to City Market. Centrally located between Carbondale and Aspen. Applicants should have prior managerial experience, as well as excellent people and communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidates should be able to provide leadership and development to theater personnel. Applicants should be willing to help us bring quality service the people of the Valley, as we have for the last 30 years.

• Outstanding ability to listen, communicate and work effectively with guests and employees in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to analyze, plan and solve problems.
• Ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn from training and develop new skill sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, POS systems).
• Ability to effectively work as a member of a team.
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending on a frequent basis.
• Manager, Assistant Manager or similar experience required in the hospitality or retail industry.
