Located in Atlanta, GA we're known for our creative designs, quality flowers, and exceptional customer service. We're currently looking for a Lead Florist to join our team and help lead our floral design operations.

Job Summary:
As the Lead Florist, you will be a pivotal member of our team, acting as the right hand to our management and leading our team of talented florists. This role demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and organizational prowess to maintain the high standards of our floral designs and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality floral arrangements for all occasions.
• Oversee daily operations in the floral design room, ensuring all orders are completed to our quality standards.
• Train, guide, and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and supply orders, ensuring we're stocked for creativity.
• Step in and function effectively in the absence of shop management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to maximize efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client queries and needs are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a retail florist with > 5 yrs experience with a strong portfolio of floral design work.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a floral shop.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be comfortable talking to customers in person & on the phone. Communication is key to meeting the customers expectations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Availability to work full-time days, including a minimum of 3-4 days per week with flexibility for holidays and peak times.
