We are a travel company seeking a licensed attorney with a love for the legal field to join our team. Anyone looking to further develop their skills will be interested in this opportunity. Your responsibilities:

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Counsel for the opposing sides in disputed matters

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Contract review and negotiation

• Interest and/or experience in travel industry preferred

• Litigation of a variety of disputes

Requirements

• Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

• Litigation and trial experience

• Excellent attention to detail

• Licensed attorney

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Licensed Attorney experience highly preferred

• General familiarity with licensing intellectual property

• Foundational knowledge in Corporate Compliance

• Practical knowledge of legal research

• Ability to professionally communicate via email, phone and written correspondence and interact with vendors and company staff

• Have a strong working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Financial reporting

• Have the ability to work in a fast paced startup environment with attention to detail and confidentiality

• Have excellent administrative and follow-up skills

• Have the ability to work both independently as well as a team in order to meet important deadlines

• Exhibit a professional attitude, good organization skills and have the ability to work well with others

• Aviation / Travel industry experience a plus

• Role is at our corporate office in SF

• Part time / contractor roles available
