Role and Responsibilities

• Utilize strong knowledge in the telecom domain and working experience across Business and Technology Roles, across B2B and B2C businesses
• Works with senior leadership, brings thought leadership and helps to build and strengthen Telecom practice
• New requirement discussions with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners
• Conducting or contributing to requirement grooming sessions with delivery squads
• Running requirement elicitation meetings with Technology and Operations teams
• Capturing functional and non-functional requirements based on current scope
• Managing requirements prioritization using MOSCOW / WSJF frameworks
• Accepting story closures based on sprint demo and definition of done
• Engage with business stakeholders and understand the business requirements through mutual dialogue, workshops etc.
• Analyze and qualify requirements
• Align the business requirements with IT delivery
• Ensure coherence between all business and technology stakeholders
• Conducting process walkthrough discussions with sales / operations and service users
• Creating Customer Journey flows for key user personas
• Attending and contributing to daily stand-up meetings with delivery squads
• Participating and contributing to sprint and PI planning meetings, requirement grooming sessions; sprint retrospective meetings, and show and tell sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, E2E Solution Design / Component or System Design / Solution Architecture, in Telecom OSS / BSS domain required
• Working experience with digital transformation, OSS / BSS cloud implementations, and network transformation programs
• Understanding of the technology landscape, including E2E OSS & BSS, CRM / CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices-based Architecture, RPA, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing, and Invoicing for B2C / B2B businesses
• Possess a strong business focus and understanding of IT / Technology enablement to align the business goals / objectives to the IT delivery
• Experience in data modeling, UML, and integration patterns
• Good understanding of frameworks relevant to telecom (eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA)
• Able to understand and translate business requirements, and working with product, technical, and operations teams to help design and build new products and services
• Able to conduct workshops and design thinking sessions, to understand IT Process / Technology / Architecture and existing OSS / BSS implementations
• Able to deliver intelligent business insights through translation of reports and analytics
• Understanding of B2C / B2B product lifecycle management (products, promotion, pricing, digital marketing, etc.)
• Understanding of technologies such as 4G / 5G / Metro Ethernet / ATM / MPLS / SONET / SDH and their mapping to OSS systems a plus
