Bounce Therapy is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Proctor, VT

Bounce ABA provides exceptional ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. At Bounce ABA, we care with heart and focus on small steps that lead to big change! We are passionate about ABA therapy and focus on maximizing each child's potential to give them a life of independence, happiness, and success. We always prioritize goals and programming that are important to each learner's own hopes, dreams, goals, and values. Our highly qualified and dedicated BCBAs use their extensive knowledge and experience to provide individually tailored treatment plans to their clients.

As we expand, we are seeking dedicated BCBA's to join our team, creating and overseeing treatment plans for clients as well as providing supervision to our BTs. We are specifically looking for a BCBA to supervise a middle school aged client in Proctor, Vermont.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.
  • Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.
  • Customize behavior intervention plans for your clients
  • Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians
  • Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes
  • Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.
  • Share in joy of your client's family as they watch their child reach his/her potential!

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA license
  • Current Malpractice insurance
  • Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age and functioning level
  • Outstanding clinical competence and judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information
