Boulo is sourcing candidates for a Studio Manager to join our client, an interior design studio that helps clients create dynamic office environments and wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling workspace innovations. Furnishings, panels, flooring, shelving, storage, reception stations, signage, and accessories — they work with clients to specify and supply everything they need to create the ideal office interior design. Employment Type: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Flexibility: In-Office; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 8am - 3pm
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities of the Studio Manager:
Administrative Duties:
- Keep track of showroom traffic
- Screen calls and emails
- Interact with client, vendors, and visitors as needed
- Order supplies for all locations
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain contact list and master calendar with all events
- Create and modify documents such as reports, memos, letters and spreadsheets
- Schedule and coordination of client and rep visits
- Coordinate room and board for overnight stays
- Keep up with credit card statements
- Maintain Showroom overall appearance.
- Coordinate showroom maintenance, electrician, plumber, carpet cleaning, window cleaning
- Coordinate recycling pick up and plant service
- Kepp showroom storage organized: Kitchen, storage room, supply room, Bluescape room
- Restock minifridge and snacks for visitors
- Coordinate lunch and learns
- Assist and collaborate with A&D events
- Order food for internal events, customers visits and lunch and learn
- At the first of every month coordinate birthday, anniversary announcements and milestone anniversary recognition 5/10/20/25/30
- Coordinate employee milestone celebration, and celebrations for weddings, baby showers and retirements as needed
- Coordinate welcome breakfast for new employees
- Be part of the fun committee
