Bouldering Project’s mission is to foster meaningful human connection with the most inspiring and inclusive climbing, movement, and community spaces. We care deeply about humans. Youth Programs Instructors provide exemplary leadership and foster a safe and inclusive environment for all youth programs participants. Instructors lead and facilitate climbing instruction, games and activities, across all youth programs and are expected to follow and uphold all BP rules and policies related to youth instruction and programs.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to stand on their feet for at least 8 hours. Many duties require a flexible schedule based on business hours and needs including weekend availability.
