The SAC Staff member works with elementary aged students in the before and after school child care program. SAC Staff must enjoy supporting elementary aged students with their academic work and helping them with interpersonal peer interactions.
The SAC staff member must be at least 16 years of age. In accordance with Colorado Department of Human Services Code of Regulations (7.
712.42C), SAC Staff must work under the direct supervision of the SAC Supervisor and cannot be left alone with students.
Responsibilities :
Under the direct supervision and oversight of the SAC Supervisor, help students with daily school work and interpersonal peer interactions.
Help with overall before and after school program support, field trips, and special events. Take direction from the Supervisor on managing student behaviors, Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, and other supports as necessary to ensure student success.

Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.
Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to BVSD or current BVSD employees that are new to the employee group (existing employees currently in this unit please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule).
