Salary Range 5:$76,489 - $114,733

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Professional Learning, the Employee Success Coordinator(ESC) is responsible for ensuring that new to district and new to role licensed employees receive adequate information and training to complete required induction programs. The ESC is responsible for coordinating the licensed mentor and mentee program and supporting licensed employees throughout the process. Additionally, the ESC fosters a positive and engaging work environment amongst new licensed employees and promotes new employee growth and development. They will collaborate with various departments to implement effective employee development programs, initiatives, and strategies that enhance employee performance, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Licensed and Principal Induction programs, monitor timelogs between mentor/mentees, support district facilitators with logistics of professional development for induction programs.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to provide support to new licensed educators and ensure they have completed the hiring process prior to participating in the New Educator Orientation program. Support new licensed employees through New Educator Orientation,post-hire onboarding and district orientation process, ensuring a smooth and positive transition. 
  • Maintain records for Teacher and Principal Induction programs and district Mandatory Training and create reports as requested by the Director or district network leaders.
  • Coordinate assignments, meetings, and activities of Teacher, Principal, and Mentors.
  • At the direction of the Director of Professional Learning, collaborate and consult with schools and district departments to identify training needs and support departments development and delivery of training. Promote and provide support for special projects and professional learning opportunities.
  • Responsible for coordinating in-person and online learning opportunities for all district employees. Assist with instructional course design, including researching, organization, and preparation of materials.
  • Collect data through licensed employee feedback sessions and provide quarterly reports to the Director of Professional Learning on new and new to role licensed employees experience and professional learning needs.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication relative to all areas of assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum three years experience working in a PK-12 environment.
  • Completed and submitted BVSD on-line application.
  • Communicate (read, write, and speak) in English.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of public school systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of and experience with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Drive).
  • Positive communication, interaction, and work experience with diverse individuals.
  • Organization and efficiency in time management and an ability to juggle many ongoing initiatives in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while also initiating new ideas and projects to continually improve programs.

Salary Information:

Salary Range 5: $76,489 - $114,733

Salary Placement varies according to experience and education.

*Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to BVSD or current BVSD employees that are new to the employee group (existing employees currently in this unit please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule). BVSD engages in a salary placement process vs. a salary negotiation process.
