We have an amazing opportunity to hire a year-round Toddler Teacher in our 1-2 year old classroom.

We are currently offering a hiring bonus of up to $1000 (based on work schedule and classroom placement) with the first half payable after 90 days of employment and the second half payable after 6 months.

A DAY IN THE CLASSROOM

As a Toddler Teacher….

• Collaborate with co-teachers to create high quality experiences for the children in your class
• Meaningful experiences include time in our art studio, taking children to the farm to feed the goats, cooking with fresh food from the greenhouse
• Fostering meaningful social experiences between toddlers as they are learning to develop friendships
• Partnering with parents and families in our community to best support all the children in our school

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a full-time, year-round position with an hourly range of $16.00-$23.37 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Employee benefits currently include health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) with access to a health savings account (HSA) with generous employer contributions, a 403(b) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting and an employer match up to 4%, voluntary disability, life, and accident insurance, substantial staff discounts, as well as plentiful time off (vacation, sick, holidays, and 4 weeks of paid breaks during the school year.)

The anticipated closing date for this position is March 1, 2024.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Our teachers work together in a co-teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
