ABOUT THE JAY AND ROSE PHILLIPS EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER

The Boulder JCC Early Childhood Center is designed to enhance the social, emotional, linguistic, cognitive, and physical development of each child. The school offers opportunities for exploration and discovery in a constructivist-based, educational environment. Each teacher strives to nourish children's innate sense of wonder, curiosity, imagination and self-esteem.

The Boulder JCC Phillips Early Childhood Center is looking for a full-time floater teacher who is passionate about high quality preschool care. We are looking for someone who is committed to being a part of our community and supporting constructivist-based, Reggio-inspired learning for the children in their care. Our classrooms operate with teaching teams who are invested in working as a classroom community.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This is a full-time, summer seasonal position with an hourly range of $16.00-$23.37 per hour commensurate with experience and education. Summer seasonal employees are eligible for 403b with employer match and paid sick leave.

The anticipated closing date for this role is May 31, 2024.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Our teachers work together in a co-teaching team while performing regular duties. You will be required to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel, and to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
