Boulder City Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Driver!

$19.50 per hour!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from the PHP program and other scheduled activities.
• Transport patients by van as per program training plan.
• Maintain schedule/route for pick up, keep written driver’s log, and call clients if delayed for more than 15 minutes.
• Instruct all clients in the proper procedure for getting in and out of the van and how to operate the safety belts.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are maintained, clean, and in a state of readiness.
• Checks vehicle for roadworthiness daily: water, tires, etc.
• Other duties as directed by the PHP Manager.

Education and Experience Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Nevada Driver’s License, with a clean driving record.
• CPR Certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour
