As one of the only independent, nonprofit critical access hospital in Nevada, Boulder City Hospital is seeking a professional Charge Nurse to be the heart of the hospital and influence our organization in a real way. As a Charge Nurse, you will focus on coaching and mentoring staff, employee development, seek first level solutions for day-to-day resident satisfaction, and assist with the nursing/operational demands of 47 bed Skilled Nursing Unit. You would have a true affect related to Long Term Care service line and staffing influence over the weekend. You would work on site with a team of professionals; you would have resources for success and opportunities to impact change.
