Boucher is hiring a qualified person to greet our guests as our cashier/receptionist at our
Thiensville dealership. Hours vary to meet your needs as well as ours, including evenings and
Saturdays. Competitive Pay.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Review work orders for accuracy
- Close repair orders and parts counter tickets
- Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card transactions
- Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
- Route all incoming phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with service filing
- New Vehicle stock in entries
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be familiar with Excel
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Be self-motivated
