Botwinick & Company LLC is Hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper Near Boca Raton, FL
BOOKKEEPER
We are looking for a candidate who can handle general accounting and bookkeeping functions, including the preparation of bank account and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks Online. If you multi-task effectively and have strong communication and time-management skills, you would be a good fit for this role.
Essential Duties
Provide superb client service through interaction with our accounting firm’s clients and their staff.
Bank reconciliations.
Accounting for fixed assets and depreciation.
Preparation and filing of simple sales tax returns.
Preparation of 1099’s.
Special projects and reports.
Qualifications
5 years of Bookkeeping experience
Proficient in QuickBooks Pro Online
Strong ability to work independently with minimal direction while exercising good judgment & decision-making.
Ability to demonstrate professionalism and deliver excellent client service.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and pleasant, positive demeanor.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
