Bottom Line Consulting is Hiring an A/R Billing Specialist Near Surfside, SC

Job description

We at Bottomline Consulting are looking for a full-time A/R Bookkeeper position assisting various Skilled Nursing Facilities with all aspects of back-office billing.

The position is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

This position requires you to be on-site at the Myrtle Beach Office - no remote access for this role or travel.

Responsibilities:

- Census reconciliation

- Claim Processing and Submitting

- Adjusting Claims

- Appealing Claims

- Posting Cash

- Month End Closes

- Bank Reconciliations

- All back office billing tasks and various projects and tasks as needed.

Skills:

- Must have prior SKILLED NURSING HOME BILLING EXPERIENCE.

- Must have Experience dealing with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, MLTC's and Private Insurances.

- Potential to grow for the right individual.

- Excel knowledge is a plus

- Must adhere to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Accountability and Portability Act) guidelines and regulations.

Salary $40,000 - $50,000/year (depending on experience)

Full Time - Monday -Friday 8:30-4:30 (1/2 hour for lunch)

No Dental/Medical Benefits are offered with the position

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client's organizations. Your attention to detail, technical accounting skills, and ability to work with various accounting software will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
