About our Company:

We are a premier hospitality company with a 30,000 case DTC operation in the Temecula Wine Country. We are farming over 200 acres with 22 French and Italian varietals under the Bottaia and Ponte Winery labels.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate individual to be a part of our team at our Bottaia Winery. We are located on the Ponte Family Estate Ranch which is just east of the Ponte Winery Tasting Room. The Bottaia Tasting Room and Pool Club bring a unique experience to Temecula Wine Country, including new wines, a semi-Olympic size pool, a splash pad for the kids, and 30 cabines (traditional Italian beach changing rooms), and a poolside bar and café.

• Wednesday- Sunday, 11am - 6pm.
• Weekends are a must.

• Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist servers when needed with food delivery, ensuring the food is served at the proper temperature and quality.
• Clear glasses, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed.
• Pre-bus tables between courses, including the removal or addition of necessary tableware.
• Promptly bring water to the table and replenish drinks before the guest has to request a refill.
• Reset tables for next service.
• Empty linen bags, take out trash, organize dish area, polish glassware and other duties assigned by management.
• Stock all rooms with supplies including wine, glassware, collateral, smallware.
• Ensure guest satisfaction is maximized at every opportunity.
• Maintain a clean work environment and uphold all Health and Safety Regulations.
• Ability to focus for an entire shift, trouble shooting and prioritizing skills.
• Be confident in taking the lead in any guest issues that may arise during your shift and communicate these to your manager immediately.
• Assist fellow Associates with additional job duties as business dictates and is required.
• Set the example of excellence in standards to other Associates at all times.
• Ensure that all duties are carried out before the end of shift.
• Understands and adhere to the BOTTAIA values and service standards.
• Understand and adhere to environmental standards set by the winery.

• Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
• Exhibit integrity (honesty and truthfulness).
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and outdoors, during inclement weather.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to follow direction and abide by standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to lift and carry a tray weighing up to 40 lbs. through a crowded bar.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to engage the guests in a clear and professional manner.
• Be willing and able to work well under pressure.
• Work in a high paced work environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must have or have the ability to obtain a Riverside County Food Handler’s Card.
• Must have or have the ability to obtain an ABC Responsible Beverage Service certificate
