Job Description:
The Residential Construction Site Manager will oversee the construction process of residential properties from start to finish. This role involves managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that schedules are met, and workmanship achieves our high standards. The Site Manager will be the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating between the team and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations on the construction site of 3-5 residential builds simultaneously.
• Manage the construction schedule and operations on site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
• Supervise on-site labor, including subcontractors and construction workers.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety laws, and environmental standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and manage site safety protocols.
• Handle on-site conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Communicate regularly with senior management and clients on project status.
• Facilitate site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Manage budget for projects and participate in estimating process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Construction Site Manager in residential projects.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Stellar customer service skills.
• Drive for results with a winning attitude.
• Ability to manage through influence and motivate people.
• Relevant certification in building and construction, engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must have a clean background check and driving record to be considered for this position.
