The Physical Therapy Clinic Aid assist Physical Therapists in the delivery of quality patient care; While performing this important function, assure that patients are receiving excellent customer service and the clinic experience is personal and lively; It is expected that the aide will be proactive in this role; Be attentive to the patients needs; Talk to patients and give feedback on their performance; Immediately notify Physical Therapists if any problems are perceived; While patients are present, sitting is not permitted within the treatment area, unless it is part of an activity related to the care of the patient.
