Boston University is Hiring an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, Office of Housing Near BOSTON, MA

Act as the resident technology expert managing the Core Housing Management System and the Portal Management system (applications, room selection, and web forms).
Test and audit the integrity of interfaces and upgrades.
Advise, educate and train staff and students in the use of the housing platform information tools including software applications.
Develop policies and procedures to ensure support requirements are met in a 24/7 operational environment.
Manage the BU Housing website, update and maintain online floor plan integrity.
Participate in long- range strategic planning for BU Housing.
Analyze current service needs and trends.
Make recommendations to the Director/Sr. Associate Director for new or improved service delivery strategies.
