Supervisor- Boston's Complex

Job Description:

The Boston's Complex is seeking a dynamic and passionate Supervisor who can develop and implement F&B strategies while leading the team to deliver the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

Includes the following, but not limited to:

*Directs the administrative functions and the planning of the food and beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.

*Describes, assigns and delegates responsibility and authority of various departments.

*Establish policies and procedures for the effective operation of all areas.

*Assists in establishing and achieving profit objectives and desired standards of food quality, service, standards, and overall sanitation and merchandising and marketing efforts.

*Reviews and evaluates customer satisfaction of all F$B services.

*Promotes positive guest and associate experiences.

Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor at a full service restaurant.

*Ability to formulate and manage budget and labor expenses.

*Strong background in achieving profit objectives, along with maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service and cleanliness.

*Awareness of current market trends.

*Ability to lead and develop a strong F&B team.

Boston's complex is located across the street from the ocean in downtown Delray Beach. This property consists of three restaurants - Boston's on the Beach, Sandbar and 50 Ocean.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
