The successful candidate will be highly motivated and an organized team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position requires basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical painting, drywall, appliance repair, and basic computer skills.

Job qualifications:

You must possess a valid MA driver’s license and have reliable transportation. Successful candidate will need to maintain a positive attitude, and exhibit superior customer service skills. Experience with a real estate property management company is preferable. Additional skills required:

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Background check and references required

This is primarily a 40 hour a week position, Monday- Friday. Occasional weekends and evenings may be required during heavy work periods along with the opportunity for overtime pay.
